New Staff Reply: velocity definitions

If these are EVLA data acquired via CASA the source
table will have little or no a priori information.
There are adverbs in SETJY that allow you to set
everything (one IF at a time in some cases).

OPTYPE 'VCAL' ( a new option ) will compute the
ref channel velocities for each IF based on frequencies 
and the rest frequencies in the SU table which you
probably will have to set first.  Use PRTAB on the SU table
liberally in order to make sure you are getting what you
need.
