New Client Reply: INDXR ignores gaps > CPARM(1)

As far as I can tell amp, phase & weight are all 0.  I haven't gone through
all 256 channels, but I tried PRTUV on some in the middle and the edge channels of IFs/SPWs  1,8,9,16 with CPARM(10) = 1e9 and only saw 0's.

I used the 31DEC12 binary distrib FITLD to load them from the casa-generated UVFITS.

The original file might still be on the archive, I think this was it:
