New Client Reply: INDXR ignores gaps > CPARM(1)

I just tried 31DEC11 FITLD and UVLOD - both still produce AIPS UV-files that have the zeros in.  

I have not established, though, that all 256 channels really do have 0's in all four Stokes, perhaps there is something there in IF5,CH13,STOKES=RL
or something weird.
