New Staff Reply: BDFLIST and BDF2AIPS

I should assign this to Bill but cannot (it is a
Socorro only tool).  I have no idea what these messages
are about and could not fix them even if I did,  We do 
not get them with functioning Linux OBITs and so assume that
they are from the Mac installation/python version.  I did
pass the comments on to Bill but do not know what if
anything he plans to do about them.  He may write them off
as a Mac problem about which he also can do nothing.

I am closing this as a ticket - e-mail bcotton at nrao.edu
to work on this.
