New Client Reply: SOUINI / SUREFM error in 31DEC12 AIPS

You probably don't want to know this, but this error just showed up again, 
on both binary and text distributions updated today (2012 Mar 14)

UVPRT1: CATDIR: CAN'T WRITE ON CATNO     19 NONZERO STATUS
UVPRT1: SUREFM: ERROR   7 CHANGING WRIT STATUS
UVPRT1: SOUINI: ERROR  7 RETURNED BY SUREFM
UVPRT1: SOUFIL OR ISTAB: ERROR  7 OPENING SOURCE TABLE
UVPRT1: ERROR:      1 INITIALIZING UV FILE

(I did do CLRST on the file first , and an older version of UVPRT
worked fine w/ same inputs)
