New Client Reply: UVAVG and sort-order

It was indeed on a binary-distrib LNX64 system that this cropped up.  And here I was thinking that the GCC compiler was flakey and the Intel was the one that got it right :-)

Anyway - its not really a huge issue - its easy enough to MSORT again.
