New Staff Reply: TBAVG

That would certainly do it.  Perhaps TBAVG should be rewritten with the new version of FUDGE that allows all of the calibration, flagging, etc etc including DOACOR.  I just tested it and with care on the intervals things match well but I had not AC data.
