New Staff Reply: Extension Tables after loading archival EVLA data with AIPS

1. This looks to me like an ASDMFILE adverb error. Check its contents
to make sure that it points at the top directory name of the directory
tree containing the ASDM and BDF data.

2. OBIT does not install easily on Macs - contact Bill Cotton if this
is important.

3. You do not need a channel 0 file. If you want to normalize the
solutions see the CookBook Appendix E for advice. If possible, it
is best to normalize later rather than record by record and if you must
do record by record to do phase only at that time. The channel 0 is
computed on the fly by BPASS from the data.
