I have little idea what BLAPP does either.  This message suggests that 
it found no data for some reason in the BS table.  Are there data rows 
in the BS table (use PRTAB) and do they apply to the source for which 
you ran BLAPP?

I may have to get these data to look at the task with the debugger...
