[daip] Problems with attaching GC and TY files to old data

Hi Pheobe,
I am leaving for a three week vacation starting Saturday, so make sure to cc
your e-mails to daip at nrao.edu so someone can take over for me while I am gone,
if you still have issues.
O.K., I'll download your data and see what I can find.
