[daip] Problems with attaching GC and TY files to old data

Hi Phoebe,

I looked at these experiments in the archive and there appears to be multiple 
fits files for the same times (this can happen for a variety of reasons, 
multiple passes, recorrelation etc.).  Did you download all of fits files for a 
particular date and load them all into the same file?  This will confuse AIPS 
and can cause the problems you are seeing.
