[daip] AIPS PW files?

Hi Tracy,

Sorry it took so long for me to answer Eric is away, and I wasn't aware of that 
right away.  I think this might be a NETSP problem.  Try setting all the 
aipsnumbers in NETSP to 0 and see if that fixes it.
