New Staff Reply: SPECR bug?

As I hope you realize, I cannot fix 31DEC08 after about 1Dec2010
since the code is no longer even on disk here after that date.
The bug is probably still with us since SPECR.FOR has not been
touched in about 10 years although it is down in a OOP based
subroutine somewhere.

Do you set OUTSEQ or leave it 0 and depend in the usual defaults?
