New Staff Reply: SPECR bug?

Actually I have gotten it to do the same for me.

It occurs when the output sequence number is less than the
maximum sequence number on disk for that name and class.  The task
selects the highest seq number in all cases (I have not yet tested
going to a different disk.)  The error is very very deep in the
object handling....
