Even the 31DEC08 version should get fluxes from the source
table.  That version had a bunch of problems which I fixed
in later versions, but it should work for what you need.
Are you sure that the total intensity fluxes are present
for both calibration sources at all IFs?

Use PRTAB or LISTR (OPTYPE SCAN) to check.
