New Staff Reply: Polarization Calibration

I should perhaps have said more in my last e-mail.
To solve for the source polarizations you need more
than one scan observed at different parallactic angles.
Often there is only one scan on 3C286.  Thus you 
will normally need CALSOUR = both 3C286 and the phase
calibrator and DOMODEL=-1.
