New Staff Reply: Polarization Calibration

You need to run SETJY on 3C286 to use it as a calibrator.
I would normally use 3C286 in both PCAL (have it solve for
the source model DOMODEL=1) and RLDIF.  It is strong and rather
polarized.

You really should not be doing polarization calibration until
you have done total intensity calibration - SETJY, CALIB, GETJY, 
CLCAL, etc.  It is necessary to apply the RR, LL calibrations
with DOCAL=1.
