New Staff Reply: Polarization Calibration

I can try this in 31DEC09 which is the oldest version
to which I have any access - but I cannot fix that version
if I find a problem.  We do not modify such old code.

I would recommend trying to get a new version installed.
If anyone there gets data from the EVLA - anything after Jan
2010 - then you must have at least 31DEC10 as your AIPS version.

I will try this but not today.
