I will need some more information to answer this.  What was BPARM
in UVPLT?  Are these EVLA data?  If they are EVLA data then the
weights may all be 1.0 unless you did time averaging, in which case
they will reflect the averaging interval.

PRTUV, UVPRT are two tasks that will show you the weights directly
on your screen (DOCRT=1).

We are working on getting better weights for EVLA data.  There is
a new SysPower table recorded at the telescope - but not entirely
correctly.  AIPS will be able to use this to set real weights in
time - but only for data taken after now and only for data loaded
from the ASDM/BDF files directly into AIPS with a program in the
obit package.
