There appears to be an issue with FITLD when it loads some partially 
processed data sets (not FITS IDI but processed through an AIPS script)
in which the apparent positions are way wrong.  I am about to debug this 
matter.  Do not use the 31DEC10 CLCOR results, they are wrong.
