I have been using SUBARRAY 0. I checked that in RLDIF I was asking
for SUBARRAY 0. After PCAL I do get a matrix from RLDIF
with DOPOL 1, but it is only zeros.

I can repeat the calibration sticking to SUBARRAY 1.

The computer people here assured me that the MNJ is active.
Is there an easy way to check when was the last update?
