[daip] Closure plots (missing x-axis labels)

Hi Eric,

   interesting...I see this (no x-axis labels on last CL/CAPLT, if I wind
up with fewer than max plots on that page) quite consistently.  I tried
this again this morning on both casa-dev-16 and scamper.  Below I show
the scamper results -- feel free to log in and check for yourself...
