[daip] Closure plots (missing x-axis labels)

The issue here was that the plot program thought there would be 351 
closure phase plots and so did not know when the actual last plot came 
up.  Added code to trim the list in advance so that the task can know 
when the last plot is about to be done.

Fixed tomorrow.
