[daip] TIMERAN feature in FILLM

I have been using TIMERAN to specify a particular timerange to load from a 
VLA archive file, located at /users/vrivilla/AJ356/DATA/AJ356_H090317.xp1.
When I use

TIMERAN 0 0 0 0 0 14 30 0

I find that the last visibility, with a time stamp of 0/14:29:58 according 
to LISTR, is missing.  When I load the data with

TIMERAN 0 14 30 0 1 0

I find that the visibility with a time stamp of 0/14:29:58 is selected. 
Is this something to do with FILLM adding half an integration to the times 
loaded?
