Have you gotten this sorted out?  If not please send me the contents  
of your /etc/sysctl.conf file. It must contain all the kern.sysv.shm*  
settings and kern.sysv.shmall must be 4096 and kern.sysv.shmmax must  
be an integral number of shmall.
