[daip] BL111E FITS archive

BL111E is a standard MOJAVE-1 15 GHz VLBA project segment (one 
correlator pass, single frequency setup, continuum, with cross-pol). I 
would appreciate if someone could take a look at it. I still hope that I 
did something wrong and you will manage to put it together. Thanks!
