[daip] Update on latest rotation seen in GOODS-N data

Once again comparing the BIGGS HDF cat vs. our old cat where we did  
not applied the UVFIX to any of the data (all HDF data ABCD arrays).  
Note the rotation between these 2 cats and the "broader" histogram  
plot compared to our most recent cat.
