[daip] Update on latest rotation seen in GOODS-N data

Mark,

Here are the PLOTS for before UVFIX and after UVFIX was run on one  
day's worth of 2006 A-array data. You'll see that the rotation was  
fixed...

However,  there might still be a hint of rotation in the UVFIXed plot  
as the bottom right plot is still offset from zero by 0.1". In  
comparing the BIGGS HDF reduction vs. our reduction of the HDF  
Richards data only I don't see this small offset. But I do see this  
small offset (will redo histogram with smaller binsize) on the last  
plot comparing the BIGGS and ALL the HDF data (ABCD arrays).

So, this appears to be (MAYBE) a second order rotation. Eric sent me  
an email today that might be related to this other rotation. Not sure.

No rotation baseline comparison:

BIGGS vs. our reduction of AR368 (Richards 1996 A-array) plus our new  
B-array 2005 data AM825.
Note the lack of rotation but also the bottom right histogram's peak  
IS NOT offset from zero.

AFTER UVFIX-- no apparent rotation but the offset histogram's peak if  
offset by ~0.1". I don't see this on the plot above. Is the rotation  
still there???
