YES IT MATTERS.

In STUFFR the data are time averaged by UBAVG.  It averages baselines
by baseline number, e.g. 1-2 is averaged with 1-2 even if those two
baselines have nothing to do with each other.  So your data were badly
averaged and your image suspect.

There is a task called MATCH which should be used to re-number the
antennas in one data set to match the antennas in the other.
