FILLM has changed late in 2006 to support data written by the
modcomp-free control system.  Are we talking about such data?
They are recorded without the nominal Tsys applied and FILLM will by
default apply the nominal Tsys.  However, a July 2006 version of
31DEC06 does not know how to do this.  This is why people who install
a TST version really should run a MNJ once in a while - and read their
AIPSLetters and NRAO Newsletters in which this issue was discussed.
