Lorant has pointed out that the latest FILLM corrects the time to the
center of the data record which would make a small difference in the
computed u,v,w in UVFIX but I would think cannot account for any other
changes.

BPASS also has had few changes.  I wonder if the adverbs could have
been different to the two runs (e.g. docalib or some sort of divide by
channel 0 or other normalization - although it looks like there is no
normalization in either case)
