You may insert the services with any numbers you want.  They are used
to communicate between computers that might want to share matters -
presumably only local to your site.  So long as all such computers
have the same numbers, what they are does not matter.

Please note that software systems apparently reserve IP numbers freely
and then never give them up even if the software is  not used
anywhere.  Competing numbers almost certainly do not matter - although
we did hit a case in which that has happened recently.
