UVFLG can be told to unflag specific flags by REASON or by verious
other characteristics.  You should be able to remove the SC flags if
so desired.  Use TACOP first to make a 2nd FG table and change that.
If the results are good, then the flag was in error.

Amy and others more knowledgable about the VLBA may be able to comment
more on whether the flag is reliable or not.
