The FQINI routine in 31DEC04 simply assumes that column 6 is SIDEBAND.
 That is guaranteed if AIPS created it but not if other software did.
A truely standard xxINI routine will look for the needed columns
rather than assume their position and I cleaned up FQINI for 31DEC05.

I really should add tests that all columns are present!
