[daip] Editr Issue IF2 data

I have tried EDITR on some of my data and it worked fine.  But then I
tried another data set and it shows IF 1 with both polarizations well
and IF 2 polarization 1 okay also.  But IF 2 polarization 2 shows the
Giga Jy blank display such as you showed.  So I guess I can debug.  I
can't tell much difference between the two data sets other than
DOCAL=1 is appropriate for the one that fails which was a single
channel.  The one that worked involved spectral channels.

I will look at this but it may take a while.
