Ken,

BO025a and BO025b observed in the tunable S-band, though outside the
nominal range; BO025e observed in the nominal S-band.

Chris Flatter's VLBAFQS (now VLBAFIX) had the nominal, not the tunable,
range set in lines 22-23 so it wasn't recognized as an S/X dual band.

I've fixed VLBAARCH (and VLBAUTILs FQS+FIX) to the tunable bands
so if you rerun the archiver tomorrow (Friday) it should go fine.
  [don't forget to type 'run vlbaarch' in AIPS as I would.. ;-) ]
