[daip] message server problems

If your .cshrc file or whatever that is accessed when you start xterms
contains 

setenv $AIPS_ROOT wherever
source $AIPS_ROOT/LOGIN.CSH

or sutibale bash version, then each xterm will have the special
LD_LIBRARY_PATH set needed to get the message server to work.
