[daip] message server problems

Hi there. Everything seems to be working correctly in that I source
LOGIN.CSH in my .login file and this does add
/harport/adb/aips/31DEC05/LINUX/LIBR/INTELCMP to $LD_LIBRARY_PATH. The
file it complains about not being able to find is definitely located in
that directory so I'm completely baffled about why it can't find it.
