[daip] UPDUPDATE, TV servers

I have changed UPDUPDATE so that it will update $SYSLOCAL for changes
in $SYS$ARCH.  Unfortunately, this works only after the first MNJ
after that change.  I have added Solaris versions of XASERVERS and
UNIXSERVERS so $SYSSUL.  Users of such systems will want to

cp $SYSSUL/*SERVERS $SYSLOCAL

I suppose I could have waited to make that change, but given how MNJs
are run, this only the 2nd MNJ will catch some people no matter how
long I wait.
