[daip] BPASS bug for single-source files

BPASS (31DEC05; 2005 oct 6 or so) fails for uv-files without
a CL table, even if DOCALI=false.

Details: In the routine BPSEL, the first thing it does for VLBA=true
data is sort the CL table, regardless of the setting of DOCALIB and
the single-source/multi-source nature of the file. In particular it
will fail with a normal single-source file which has no CL table.

I changed my version of BPASS to only sort the CL table if VLBA .and.
DOCALIB, and I think it runs okay. Hopefully it is not assuming a
multi-file and getting something else useful from the CL table later
on. I'm not sure what should happen here for single-source files and
DOCALI=true (ie. apply SN rather than CL table; presumably for that
case the SN table should get sorted at this point).

Admittedly, most people will run this on multi's where it will work
fine, but probably the occasional person other than us does BPASS
self-calibration in the search for higher dynamic range.
