[daip] "phase" vs. "UV PA"

Landon,

Phase is arctan(I/R).  UV PA is a completely different concept it is
the angle of the UV point measured from clockwise from the v-axis.
Do a UV plot (BPARM=6,7,2,0) that will hopefully clarify UV PA.
