[daip] "phase" vs. "UV PA"

I would like to clarify what UVPLT is plotting when I choose phase and when I
choose UV PA. When phase is chosen, as I understand it, the angle of the real
part of the amplitude and the imaginary part of the amplitude is graphed. When
UV PA is chosen, the angle of U and V is plotted. If you could correct or
confirm these assumptions, it would be much appreciated.
