Dear Niruj,

I don't think so.  I'm not sure I completely understand what you are
doing but I can explain when CALIB and CLCAL are doing.  If you apply
CL/2 when running CALIB then the SN table created will have the
calibration that is the addition to the calibration in CL/2, the SN
table will not have the calibration in CL/2.  Is that clear?  This
is why you need to run CLCAL to add the calibration from the SN table
to CL/2.
