Mostly that you are using a phone line and have no patience.  The TEXT
area is very large and will need to download quite alot to you.  The
dates wrong stuff comes from running two MNJs in the same day.  Run
another one - follow the instruction first

cd $TST/$ARCH/UPDATE
ln -s $UPDUNIX/UPDUPDATE UPDUPDATE

before you do.  You need to run POPSDAT and maybe even make XAS 
(cd $YSERV/XAS; rm *; sh ../XAS.SHR; make) I suspect - check the dates
on $HLPFIL/POPSDAT.HLP and $YSERV/XAS.SHR.

Every MNJ you run will try to update TEXT for you, CTRL-C just means
it does it again next time.  Perhaps it is smart eneough to avoid
repeating anything that worked.
