Again - a few details would really help - an extract from INSTEP2.LOG
showing a failed C routine for example.  At a guess - check the
include statement (the -Ixxxx option).  Does xxx point at an older
version of AIPS for example?  The files to fix in this case are
~/.AIPSRC and $SYSLOCAL/CCOPTS.SH.
