[daip] Need help building AIPS!

compiler(iropt) error:	leaf_lookup_expr: bad leaf (tag=0) 

This looks like a glitch in the compiler.  My first thought would be
to restart INSTEP4.

cd $AIPS_ROOT
source LOGIN.CSH
$CDTST

cd $TST/$ARCH/INSTALL
INSTEP4

after this FILAIP and POPSGN need to be run

RUN FILAIP
35 -100
6 2
35

and

RUN POPSGN
0 POPSDAT TST
<cr>

The - sign on the 100 matters above, the number of disks and tapes are
set at run time so these are upper limits.
