I have a question about the spatial Gaussian smoothing kernal used by
MOMNT.

The explain file claims the Gaussian kernal has a FWHM of 2*CELLSIZE(2)-1.
However, if cell(2) is less than or equal to 5, the value reported in the
history file is equal to 2*CELLSIZE(2)+1. Only if cell(2)=6 or
cell(2)=0.5=>6.0, then width(2)=2*CELLSIZE(2)-1.

Is the program actually doing what the history file claims?
