[daip] CLCAL bug with opcode 'CALP'

I don't see any reason to mess around with CLCAL because it
didn't respond perfectly to an error initiated by PCCOR.
I think there's enough work to do without going and screwing
up CLCAL in order to try to give it some more protection,
and we get enough complaints about CLCAL already.
