[daip] CLCAL bug with opcode 'CALP'

Hi Jim and fellow daipers,

FYI, there is/was definitely a bug in PCCOR.  It created five
solutions in the SN table for antenna 10 at a time when
there were no data for antenna 10.  I have talked to Leonia
about it and he has already found and fixed the bug.

I don't think this is a CLCAL bug because if PCCOR had 
put no solutions in the SN table or one or more solutions
at times when there was data for antenna 10 then CLCAL would
have worked properly.  Although it could be argued that CLCAL
should have treated the SN table from PCCOR like there were
no solutions, since there were none at any valid times.
However, a task that puts solutions in an SN table at
times other than where there is data is doing something
wrong, and therefor shouldn't be abetted by CLCAL.  Are
there other opinions?
