Edit $SYSLOCAL/CCOPTS.SH 

   (31DEC01/LINUX/SYSTEM/<your site name>/CCOPTS.SH

There is a line

[ -f /lib/libc.so.6* ] && COMP="$COMP -DHAVE_LINUX_GLIBC"

Change that to

COMP="$COMP -DHAVE_LINUX_GLIBC"

and restart your install.pl


Apparently your libc is at a higher version number than 6
